All About the NBA

The Needham Basketball Association, Inc. (NBA), was Incorporated in the State of Massachusetts on April 17, 1994. The NBA is a non-profit organization as specified under section 501C (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

A suite of Officers and a Board of Directors implement and manage the goals and objectives of the NBA. The Officers manage the logistics and finances of the NBA and the Board of Directors participates in general management decisions and establishing policies of the Corporation.

The NBA is supported by many volunteers who assist in coaching and daily management of NBA activities. These volunteers are an integral part of the NBA.

The NBA is not affiliated with any other basketball program or organization.
