We are rapidly filling up all available space, but if there are still individuals that intend to sign up for our program, please send your application ASAP. From this point on, we cannot guarantee space will be available.

Welcome to the Needham Basketball Association

Welcome to the eighteenth season of the Needham Basketball Association. The Needham Basketball Association is one of the largest youth basketball programs in eastern Massachusetts and is open to all boys and girls in grades 1-4 that are residents, or go to public or private school in Needham.

Our event format is designed for all skill and experience levels and is intended to be totally instructional in nature, with emphasis on learning the basics of the game and team play in a structured and non-threatening environment. Our events are not games per se, but game-like situations in which skills and basketball strategy are taught on an interactive basis by Game Managers and Coaches.

The program has had a single management team since it's inception in 1991 and has is greatly supported by many experienced volunteer coaches and assistants, several of whom were players in the NBA as young children.
